But big bonuses mean big business in the online casino world today, and as cute and original as Quatro’s welcome package is, the lack of any subsequent offers pales in comparison to other more well known, well stocked and well financed online casinos.

Interestingly enough, Quatro Casino even considers players on their winning list relevant enough to place under the promotions tab. The logic for this escapes me, perhaps it is due to the fact that they need stocking filers for that section, with the lack of any good promotions being noticeable.
